"The hotel is highly recommended; I had a very spacious room on the top floor, a true suite. All the services are wonderful. You get a ticket for a complimentary drink at the bar, the restaurant has a pleasant menu, and breakfast is varied with options like eggs prepared in different ways on the spot. The reception staff is wonderful, especially the lady who speaks Spanish. The area is very residential and quiet. I am very happy and grateful."

"The frontdesk service as well as the waiter are all friendly which give you a really good mood. The room is cozy but everything’s prepared and it’s comfortable for solo trip. Although the sound-proof in my room is not that good. When your neighbors are opening their doors you can hear that, and also the sound of the air conditioner."

"The Hyatt National Harbor was welll appointed, comfortable and clean. Their staff was friendly and very helpful when I accidentally left my phone in our room when we checked out. I am very grateful that they allowed me to go look for it and retrieve it. Our only concern was that the elevator card security was challenging if you didn’t have too hands available. "

My only complaint, if I had to have one, the shower head was outdated but it was clean. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and their brunch is really good (not included in your stay and only on Saturday and Sunday)"
