"Only 1 complaint. Hard surface floors were sticky, having not been rinsed. Not sure how housekeepers aren’t trained and don’t know. I left a polite note describing the issue and asking to rinse the floors. Note and tip were gone - floors still sticky."

"It is a neat hotel with character. It is clean and well maintained. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there are definitely some negatives: The breakfast was pitiful. I was forced to go out for breakfast. There is no dedicated parking and since the hotel is located in the middle of a tourist town, finding street parking was not easy. I had to park several blocks from the hotel. There were often homeless people congregating on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. I would have to walk around them...
