An oasis in the middle of downtown Eureka. Very nice accommodations and very friendly staff. There are a number of homeless people in the area and we heard a lot of idd sounds during the night. Dinner and breakfast was very good. Would stay here again if in Eureka.

The hotel is located in the old town and very well kept Victorian style bed and breakfast place. The hotel staffs was very kind especially,Troy couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was great and dinner at 301 restaurant was excellent. The testing menu was just great in terms of the price, quality and presentation.

The inn was quaint and in a good location for the old town area. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. We stayed in the main building which is quite old and there is no sound proofing. Also the tub didn't drain properly as likely older plumbing.The staff, especially Sarah, were very friendly and the complimentary wine hour is good.
