"Everything was great Sandra at reception was excellent. The hotel is only about 500mtrs from interlarken west train station and about 1 3km from interlarken ost station and in the middle of everything. There was only one slight issue and that was there was no kettle in the room, but it is pictured in the room photos, and my wife enjoys her cup of tea in the morning. When I asked the guy at reception said it was not part of the service even though the cups and tray were in the room. All up though...
"This is a small but cozy hotel to the west of the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small bath. The lobby was cozy and the buffet breakfast was good with a number of options. It is close to several tram and bus routes which made it easy to get around. I appreciated being around some greenery in this area of the city. They do not have 24-hour staffing at the front desk so a code is needed to open the door after hours."
"I liked my 5th floor room. It was fun to look out the window when the bells were ringing and to see the sunriseand sunset. The room we was clean and there were many shops, restaurants, and a couple of ice cream shops."
"The room provided to the family of 4 was really spacious and the staff was amazing and very close to the train station which is really a factor if you have few check in luggage with you. The food was amazing and really feels safe and very clean and well maintained. I will surely want to stay longer if possible."
"Walking distance many great restaurants. Great breakfast onsite. Staff helpful when elevator under repair (repair was very quick) and with bus questions. Pleasant stay."
"I loved our stay, the room was great and the view from the room was fantastic. Bathroom and shower was really small but the water pressure was excellent. Very nice helpful staff. Uphill walk to the train station was tough with luggage. Glad we stayed in Spiez. Very low key without the hustle and bustle of Interlaken. Would stay here again."
