"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"Bit of a strange hotel, clean but very noisy, poor breakfast and coffee. No parking and costly to park elsewhere"

"Wonderful experience"

"Generally a good stay , the only disappointment was on both mornings we had breakfast its was cold , we have seen this was reported before we stayed and it seems nothing has been done ."

"Camera pulita, abbastanza spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Giù c'è anche un bellissimo piano bar"

"Breakfast was a good bonus. Good quality food and coffee. Bed was not great and had very little sleep. Springs in the bed were loud too every time you moved. Couch and foot rest were nice. Bathroom tiles need a good clean, dirty around edges.TV would not turn off using remote so had to unplug. Carpet stains on corridors and my room. For £92 with parking £12 (included in the £92) and with breakfast it was probably ok value for a Friday night in Luton. Staff at front desk helpful and friendly....

"We stayed on Saturday evening as we had been to watch Strictly. We didn't use any of the amenities because we arrived back late. Breakfast was good in the morning. If in the area, would stay again"

"Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff."

"Room was a decent size, 'couch' was a bit of padding on a wooden bench with a hard, straight wooden back, not comfy to rest on. Bed was big and comfy. Bathroom felt like it would be at home on a cruise ship, fully contained and gave the impression it was preformed in a factory and lowered into the room. Whenever the room above flushed the toilet there was a strong urine smell in the bathroom. Heating in the room didn't work. Reception said they'd look into the issues. Unfortunately the fire...

"Cheap, functional. £5 to park in the carpark of the Motorway services. Breakfast is from the Motorway services and as a result there is a small choice."

"Amazing staff and beautiful property. The restaurant was easy to access and charming."

"Lovely stay"
