"The hotel and accommodation were exactly as expected and matched the description provided. The amenities were satisfactory, although the gym could have been better equipped and offered more space. The breakfast met expectations, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed at two different locations of this hotel chain in Chicago, and both maintained a consistent standard of quality and service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

"Staff was friendly at check-in. It seems they may be understaffed in housekeeping. There were curly dark hairs on the floor of our bathroom. It also seemed as the guest were waiting for rooms to be clean to be able to check in and this was early in the evening. Common areas were clean enough. Breakfast was OK, but we still went out for a meal after having coffee and a yogurt. Again the staff was friendly but like everywhere seemed as if they could use a hand. "Room was clean. Lots of noise late first night. Called front desk and they said they would come up. Don’t know if they came up or not, but things quieted down for a few minutes, and the noise started up again. Remaining nights were much quieter. We didn’t ask for room cleaning, but they did provide clean towels when we requested. We would stay here again."

"Of the 4 days there, 2 days a party with a large amount of people, was allowed outside and making food outside. The garbage was to much it was on the floor going inside. They talked so loud i got a headache. This building should have charged a lot less. It looks like an old building. I had to issues that got solved. The 2 workers in the front were pleasant. There was only 1 cleaner I saw spoke English."

"The room is neat and comfy!! We had a perfect night rest from the tiring long day travel. The pool is little bit cold but can’t say anything about the cleanliness and helpful staff. The corridor smells so good, the room designs was family-friendly. Will definitely come back again..10/10"
