"...I've stayed at this Hotel many many times... always good... 30 seconds walk from St Marks Square... lots of great value single rooms... sometimes a single bed, sometimes a double.... I was in an annexe building this time... much nicer room... 15 seconds walk to the Hotel for breakfast... also, great luggage storage..."

"Hotel and location were great. There was no water or coffee amenities in the room for the price. They also did not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby. You had to pay for coffee. The refrigerator was also so small it couldn’t fit our leftover pizza/box. Like it was a quarter size of a normal hotel mini refrigerator. Bathroom amenities were lacking as well. Again hotel and location were nice. Paid parking was easy. Just what the room had to offer was lacking and having to pay for coffee was...

"Front desk guy is very helpful, we checked in found out there is no cold water , the toilet is not flushing , they gave us a small plastic bucket to flush the toilet , we stayed for 1 night from our 4 nights booked, they promised that they will fix the problem but it’s Friday so it’s hard to get someone, we end up leaving the next day evening as they have not fix the problem. The guy was pleasantly said you can find another place and will sure you will get the refund, the room is awe full the...

"Great"

"The hotel is right in the centre of Rialto which means you step into the crowds when you leave the door. It can be a bit overwhelming. If you don’t like busy places and crowds this is not the hotel for you. The hotel was spotlessly clean and breakfast (and the breakfast staff) was very good. The decor is quite old fashioned and quirky but we liked that. The view from our window, of the rooftops of Venice, was a lovely bonus. It was, all in all, a great place for the middle of touristy Venice."

"Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und die Lage könnte nicht besser sein."

"Great location"

"Great Location. Big disappointment was getting help arranging transfers to hotel from cruise terminal. Hotel said "just get dropped off at water taxi area and grab taxi" not knowing how much we'd be charged, etc, Fortunately the driver from the cruise terminal assisted us w/getting a water taxi. The drop off area for ANA is terrible as you have to drag your bags down a long walkway not knowing where you are going. A staff person from a different hotel assisted us. No expectations were set...

"I went to Hotel San Luca to check in. And was sent to Hotel Bella Venezia. I checked in and that hotel sent me to a building with no identification on front. The room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. It was extremely difficult to walk up the last flight of steps because the ceiling was barely 5 feet high. The room itself was a tiny room in the attic. When I went back to the hotel Bella Venezia to complain, I was told that I was given that room because I booked an “economy” room. No place...

"Room is small. But location and staff are great."

"The location of the hotel is the best it is just across the bridge from the trine station. The staff are the friendliest hotel staff I have ever seen. They welcomed us and answered all of our questions, they asked us if we were comfortable and if we want anything. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arlecchino in Venice! The location was excellent, especially since we were traveling with luggage. The hotel was easily accessible from the train station, which made our arrival very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. Thank you for a lovely experience!"

"The location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions, and the breakfast was good. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. As a solo traveler, I expected a comfortable and clean environment. However, the room conditions were disappointing. I noticed cobwebs on the ceiling, and surprisingly, I found a tiny spider on my blanket just before going to sleep. There was also a noticeable damp smell in the room, and the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor inside my room. Overall,...
