"Pool is closed indefinitely—definitely would’ve been nice to know before booking. Lobby area is not air conditioned. Only allowed one key per room. Elevator worked 50% of the time. Not a large selection for breakfast—only warm option are large waffles. Extremely disappointed in the hotel, but on the bright side, it motivated us to stay out of the hotel and explore"

"Staff was prompt and helpful. Breakfast was good. A/C loud when compressor and fan came on, would get cold then warm then cold again… repeat. Sleep was interrupted. Shower door did not remain closed."

"The property is convenient for Red Rocks concerts and events, apart from that it is isolated from walkable things to see. The furniture in the room was aged and had signs of wear and tear. The bed was also sunken in the middle and had no box spring. The shower had no removable rinsing wand and was coated in mineral deposits. The bathroom also had a musty odor emitting from the toilet, I believe from a leaking flange. Overall it was a decent experience, but I do not think I would stay there...

"Room temp was 74 and asked front desk if there was anyway to lower it. Thermostat in room would not allow guest to lower. Desk clerk all rooms were kept at 70-72. Couldn’t sleep, room was 77 in the morning. Hallways and common areas were nicely air conditioned but our room was miserable. When checking out the nice woman at check out said the night clerk should have called maintenance. Experienced ruined our stay."
