"It was very difficult to sleep due to the strong smell to cigarettes in my room. My head was hurting throughout the night and had difficulty sleeping. Although I requested a non smoking room it seems like the entire hotel smell the same. The outside of the hotel looked abandoned and unsafe. It was to late for me to cancel but for that reason I checked out before 5:30 am I couldn’t stay any longer. Horrible experience"

"Hotel looked beautiful but the elevators were out most of Saturday and part of Sunday. Took 40 minutes to exit room via the service elevator that stops at every floor up and down and having to wait for space to be available on this one small elevator. "

"The staff was amazing and friendly. The room, for the price, was not up to standards. The bed was very uncomfortable, but to each their own."

"We didn’t get out booked room of a king bed, but we were tired and 2 queens was fine. Then later that night while we are in bed we have other guest walk into our room. Apparently they were given the same room. The front desk called to verify it was me in the room then hung up. At this point our cards got deactivated but they never told us this and that we would have to get them rekeyed at the desk. And throughout the night there was this weird tapping maybe from the next room but sound proofing...

"Room 1764 had no air conditioning. A maintenance worker came in at midnight lifted the counter off of the air conditioning unit and try to repair the air conditioner to no avail. I feel that I deserve a refund due to the fact of the inconvenience of not having an air conditioner while on my stay in Denver Colorado"

"We stayed here for an overnight and it was conveniently located to where we needed to be. The staff was great and informative upon check-in. This is a good budget option."

"Easy access to the venue. Once you check in to are able to relax and pregame before the concert. What makes it fun is meeting and seeing all the other people heading to the concert."
