"The hotel was very clean and our room was very quiet. The staff, as usual, were all very pleasant and helpful. We stay here every time we come to Cardiff and always enjoy our visit."

"Great location, friendly staff and big clean rooms."

"Very unique property. Lovely Staff"

"Room was small but very clean. Toiled was too close to the sink. Great location and the staff were great!"

"Amazing"

"Very clean room and friendly staff at reasonable price."

"Shame no hot kitchen as they are making a refurbishment. But it will be worth it ."

"Staff were not very hospitable"

"There was no easy access to the airport by foot. Taxi was ok. Room was clean but very hot. This was easily resolved by turning the radiator off and opening the window. We were misled when booking thinking that the restaurant would be open. We had to order takeaway and wait 2 hours for food. The hotel does not accept cash which seems to be the way everyone is going. Staff were friendly and chatty."

"Great as a place to touch down for the night. Has everything you need"

"Posizione eccellente perché situata tra il front bar out e old town. Locali e ristoranti adiacenti all'hotel e due parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze"

"Nice environment"

"O staff foi incrivel, mas o modelo de negocio da EasyHotel nao é para meu perfil. Como fomos com família, o hotel não comporta este modelo. Ele é para quem precisa dormir uma noite e ir embora, pois os quartos são apertados, sem sequer mesa para apoiar, nem limpeza diária (a nao ser que fique mais que 6 noites, o que para mim é impossível naquele tamanho de quarto)."

"The staff make this hotel I have stayed there most weeks for work purposes for the past 3 years . Chelsea on reception usually checks me in and goes out of her way to make me feel welcome like getting me green tea or hot chocolate as I don't drink tea or coffee."

"Clean room but basic. Ideal for a nights stay. Close to station and main street where night life is"

"Very clean and new"

"Nice clean room with comfy beds, ideal for a break on the way to and back from Devon. Staff are always friendly and helpful."

"Rooms are large. Lots of parking, bus stop outside to get into city centre. Good breakfast choices, comfy beds."

"Room was clean, lots of parking, could hear the room next to use when they used their bathroom"
