"Arrived late. Staff was new to night shift but polite and helpful. Room was ok. Bathroom nicely updated. Woke up in morning to find I had been charged for the room even though I had prepaid. So spent 30 minutes with Expedia on phone/front desk. Each blaming the other. Front desk clerk very polite and helpful with this. "Great place to stay in Kingston. Close to everything. Loved that the rooms had balconies you could sit on. Rooms were modern and large."

"Ample parking, good and quiet location, very clean."

"Breakfast was good Room was small and no TV and only 1 chair. Ok balcony and interesting turret staircase to turret. Lovely old stone building looking a little forlorn."

"Everything was great from check-in(appreciated no extra fee for being early) to check-out. Courteous front desk staff. Property and common areas all well maintained. Our room was very clean, beds extremely comfy. Excellent grab and go brekky."

"Lovely hotel and great hotel. I really wish they had coffee in the rooms though."

"We couldn’t have been more impressed with every detail of our stay. Staff was incredible and so helpful. Our space was beautiful and special. Breakfast was incredible as well. What a nice way to treat ourselves. I will absolutely go back. You must try this place. The fact that it’s family owned was a nice detail to hear about afterwards. Thank you to all of you."

"Very good experience. Clean, great staff, beautiful view and a games room with plenty of activities. Highly recommend."

"The b&b was spotless, it was very clean and well maintained. Peter and Colin were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was delicious it was prepared by Colin. We are vegetarian and my husband has to have a gluten free diet. Colin baked us both scones from scratch for breakfast then an egg and a crepe with a filling. He adapted the breakfast to suit the needs of all of his guests some were lactose intolerant and some were vegan. I would definitely go back and I have recommended them to our friends"

"Hosts are so welcoming and gracious. We loved our stay at Pangea. Also the breakfast served was absolutely delicious. Thank you!"
