"Efficient, friendly and welcoming staff at front desk. Lovely rooms, very spacious with nice linens. Air Conditioner works great although a bit loud. Breakfast Bento boxes were a wonderful treat in the morning. Perfect location for sightseeing, eating and drinking. Will definitely return. Handy parking, whether within the hotel or nearby."

"You booked the hotel solely for the waterslide. We arrived early driving from far away so that we could use the waterslide only to find out that all of the lifeguards had called in “sick”. One of the staff members indicated that having teenage lifeguards this is sometimes what happens. So that should be advertised as we wasted extra money on a pool and a waterslide that was nonfunctional and wasted our time getting there as well. "If you plan on using the TV, bring y our own streaming service - the one the hotel uses really distorts on the screen (we were watching World Cup soccer). So do the Google/Casting thing. Not all room are the same size. Avoid 202 or 302 as they are very small for 2 people. They are great for dogs and very helpful. When we went they put us in 202 (2 people and dog), and you couldn't really use the desk as the chair would hit the foot of the bed - and there was no room for a casual chair. ...
