"Room 10 - right by the office. Handy for car park to rear. Quite noisy when the office is busy. When I arrived the guy on the desk said 3 nights for 3 people (I corrected him - 2 nights for 1 person) I was then shown to a single room which I assume he hadn’t planned to give me. He quickly removed what appeared to be used towels from the bathroom and replaced them. "The hotel was very clean but basic. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was small but modern. We were on the top floor with no lifts which might be a problem for older people but was fine . We was given a key card which could get us in and out of the hotel at anytime . The hotel suited are needs for a very nice stay .the hotel is right by strood station but i didnt get bothered by train noise. "
