"The only thing is that the rooms are really small. Book a months ahead as they have some bigger rooms. Room for “2 people” with only one bed are very very small. Other than that everything was very good and the front desk people and other staff speak very good English - and are very eager to help in any way requested. Transit metro and trains stations are very close and take you easy anywhere in Tokyo. Tokyo Central station is 1 stop by train (3 min) or 20 min walk"

The AC worked great, staff was fantastic. I only knocked off a half a star for the facilities because the carpet is kinda old and grungy and the place looks a bit tired. But I would stay there again anytime. "

"This is a great value and great location. It is walking distance to popular spots in Shibuya and Shibuya Station, Harajuku not far either. There is a Family Mart and Bic a few steps away to get any essentials. Staff was friendly. The rooms are small but we made it work (2 guest). The hotel also offers a couple of items like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, robe, slippers and near the front desk they have a few other things. Check out the website to save yourself from bringing those items. ...
