"Nice modern hotel but when you hear Hilton people automatically think luxury but this a budget hotel and it shows. Review on a family room double bed + sofa bed. Takes up all the space in room, hard to manuvore around especially with younger children. Shower rooms are very small. Honestly the pillows are very uncomfortable as it sink in one side. We had trouble with bed in first room but second room bed was perfectly fine. Had change room inbetween due to faulty bed - 2nd room had blocked sink...

was given 3rd floor and the lift was out of order. Going up 3 flights of stairs with luggage was not easy as im disabled. A bar was advertised and there was none and TV was very limited and breakfast was £12 pp

"They could not find my booking on arrival. I was charged an extra £120.00 to stay.
Despite having already paid in full up front through Expedia. I don't know who is at fault, Expedia or the hotel, but I've been refused a refund. So avoid this place would be my recommendation. Or use a different travel agent."

The room was satisfactory for myself, daughter and 2 granddaughters-not fancy but comfortable - and we had a sea view, which was great 😊
The shower was nice and hot and was fine for us.
We loved having the pool available to book for just us… definite bonus!
The breakfast was good and plentiful.
Oh, and the hotel is right near the beach and North Pier! Will definitely go back!
