"Third stay at Bear River. Always happy we stayed there. Ideally located for our needs. Brought an extra person so we ordered a rollaway bed. Don’t recommend the rollaway bed for an adult. Had to lay the mattress on the floor so it would lay flat. Would like it if there was a bar beside the toilet for a handicapped person. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back. "

"I choose this property on a whim and was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend and stay here again. Check-in was a little unusual but easy. The clerk was checking in another guest and when we walked in we were greeted by a virtual receptionist. He checked us in and provided all the property details as if he was on location. In the lobby there is a large tv showing all the security cameras and must say every inch of the property was being filmed. Made me feel extremely safe. The...

"At night time, as I was grabbing something out of my vehicle, a person approached me almost at a running at me pace to ask for money. I quickly evaded the person and instead of grabbing what I needed from my vehicle, I quickly rushed back into the facility. I slept well, the shower and bathroom in the room was good so this made the stay worthwhile still, I would recommend the hotel increase visibility of staff outside of facility and/or provide security staff to monitor the grounds. "

"I wanted to take a bath so I got a couple of the Clorox wipes to wipe down the bath tub. The first swipe I did came up with debris and hair. It grossed me out, so I decided to take a shower. The water lapped at my ankles because there was so much hair clogging the drain!! Then I dropped something behind the nightstand and found tons of dust there. Looked clean, but was only clean in the middle. "
