"It was a pity that at the description it said that it was possible to swim at the other place and there wasn't info about extra costs. But when I arrived there the hotel didn't pay for that or didn't make an effort to arrange a free swim. Although the info on Expedia was not right. That was a pity. And the toilet was not flushing and the shower water was coming out of the shower inside the room. The taxi driver they called to bring me to the airport was very late."

"Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul."

"Excellent management! Staff was really helpful. Especially special thanks to Beethoven who was available every point of time when needed. Breakfast was awesome and well served. Location is best 5-10 mins walk from main Sultanahmet area. Perfect place for quick stay! Thank you!"

"Rooms are really good but Not the stufs"

"Excellent hotel and service. The staff went above and beyond. They held my luggage all day and helped charge my phone when my battery went out when I got back. They called for taxis and boat rides. Breakfast was very nice and the views from the rooftop were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. A++ staff!"

"Location was the best. Tram was close and only walking distance to the main historic attractions."

"The room was disgustingly dirty. There was black mold all inside the bathroom. The bedsheets were disgusting. The room smelt of weed and cigarettes. The office staff were so disrespectful and rude. I didn’t last more than an hour and I left when bringing this situation to their attention to the staff. They were not helpful and refused to switch rooms."

"This was a great boutique hotel located right in the heart of the action. It was clean and offered all needed amenities right there. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You are just a short walk to the big attractions. Breakfast included was a nice bonus. Would stay here again."

"Yuksel hotel was the worst experience No AC, terrible customer services at the reception "
