If you are looking for a place to sleep and rest, this place is excellent. The location (tram nearby that goes directly to the main areas) and the rooms (small but practical, bed and bathroom that meets basic needs) are excellent if the majority of your time goes to exploring the city. There is also a parking lot that you can use if you are with the car. Although we had some complaints about the rooms on our first night, the staff act accordingly and changed our rooms the next day. After that it was all good! I want to thank the staff for hosting us and their problem solving capabilities.

It was a pity that at the description it said that it was possible to swim at the other place and there wasn't info about extra costs. But when I arrived there the hotel didn't pay for that or didn't make an effort to arrange a free swim. Although the info on Expedia was not right. That was a pity. And the toilet was not flushing and the shower water was coming out of the shower inside the room. The taxi driver they called to bring me to the airport was very late.

The hotel was very nice in every way. The location was conveniently close to tram-stops - ideal for going downtown. The parking was convenient in the hotel back yard. No parking fee. Breakfast was available from the sister-hotel next door for €15 per person. The breakfast restaurant is very nice, but at €15 there are many good local alternatives in the neighborhood. The hotel is listed as having a pool. That is wrong. The sister-hotel has a pool, but at a charge of €50 per person per use. We did not take «advantage» if that.

Great cheap stay, amazing value for money

Amazing stay. The hotel’s value is incredible compared to the price, great room, clean, great service in English with 24hr reception, good facilities and safety. Definitely worth it.

I had a wonderful stay at Eresin hotels express and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining high standards throughout the property. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!

No fuss stay

A great place to stay as its hassle free. Rooms are generally small and do not have tea facilities. Bathrooms are good. The decor is modern and hotel is very close to the T1 tramway. The location allows me to drive to the hotel at all hours as its not in a place like eminonu or sirkeci. Good to leave your car at the hotel if you are sight seeing and use it when visiting malls etc

the hotel is situated in a narrow street. make it difficult for a taxi to come. It is also difficult to carry luggage to the hotel. Room does not have tea, sugar, coffee, or even to make hot beverage. For the price, I think it is too pricey. Bathroom also smell.

Super friendly staff, location and neighbourhood is great, tram is close, supermarkets/restaurants also. Rooms are clean but they don’t map the floor. Although the building is new. I like it very much.

The room is nice, clean and newly renovated, though tiny, just a bed. The staff is polite. Certain probs with English there. They can explain simple things like 'going right, turning left'. More complicated questions, especially over the phone, are better handled independently :) The new door springs are very tight, so even at night you can hear the sound of slamming doors echoing down the hallway. Earplugs help :)

This turned out to be the perfect spot . We needed to spend some of our time futher west (got there by taxi) but also wanted the convenience to see the sights in the afternoons so it was a perfect option . Situated just 2 mins from the main tramline ✅✅✅ into Sultanamet Just a short 2 mins walk - There are lots modestly priced restaurants just at the adjacent road, plus a supermarket too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Its very clean and well maintained. 24 hr desk , great a/c

First off, Mihraban at the Front Desk was the best in terms of service. I booked this hotel with Expedia points as it had very favorable reviews & ratings on your site. Unfortunately, the reviews from other guests citing how noisy this hotel is was more than true. I couldn’t sleep for 4 nights as I could hear everything coming from the adjacent room, corridor, elevator & more. The lights in the room are terrible. The street in front of the hotel is being torn up, so either muddy or dusty.

bad experience

Too much noise, we can't sleep because of the noise outside. There is no breakfast whether included or extra. It's not worth the price because there are better ones for the same price.

Small rooms, good common areas.

Staff are okay. Although they could do with being more humble and polite. They speak good enough English to get by. All common areas are kept clean. Rooms are very small. Could do with removing unnecessary furniture. Bathroom could do with a good scrub as soapscum had gathered in tiles, corners, sink and taps. Showers can be daunting as lots of water goes out onto bathroom floor. The hotel in my opinion was 24 degrees warm. This is well beyond average and can become extremely claustrophobic at times.
