Although the property is central located, Employees are helpful, breakfast is good . View is spectacular . everything else is a bit challenging. The room was extremely tiny.,..bedding and towels should've been upgraded sometime ago.

The only positive thing about Kaftan is two of the receptionists who are polite, friendly, and very kind. The rest are awful, and the breakfast is the worst. All the pictures on Hotels.com are deceptive and not even close to reality.

Me gustó que está muy cerca de la mezquita azul y de más lugares turísticos al rededor, no me gustó que la habitación era muy pequeña, pero la mayoría de hoteles familiares de la zona son iguales. Los chicos de recepción fueron muy amables, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. El desayuno es excelente y muy rico, en resumen, regresaría con gusto.

Hôtel très bien placé, a proximité de la mosquée bleue, de Sainte Sophie, du tramway.... Notre chambre familiale était très propre, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est convenable pour bien commencer la journée. Le personnel est très prévenant.

Recensioni troppo positive per questa struttura. La camera in cui ho alloggiato era a piano terra e si affacciava sulla strada. Insonorizzazione inesistente, sia di notte che di mattina si sentivano i rumori dall’esterno. La camera era piccolissima, si faceva fatica a muoversi. La colazione scarsissima, poca scelta c’era. L’unica nota positiva il personale e la posizione.

Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch top. In 3min ist man schon bei der Hagia Sophia. Das Zimmer war einfach sehr kalt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und grosse Auswahl.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit perfekter Lage. Die Hagia Sofia ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist wirklich toll, es gibt eine große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Spezialitäten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem ;) Der Service ist super, total freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Wirklich empfehlenswert!
