"I booked a hotel room to stay the night at after seeing Hilary Duff's concert on 7/22/2026 (highly recommend seeing her live!), & overall it was a 8 out of 10. The hotel was very nice both inside & outside, the staff was courteous, kind, & helpful, & the shuttle services provided to & from the concert were very appreciative. The only downside I would have to say from the stay would be the beds - it felt like sleeping on a flatbed rock, very uncomfortable, the pillows & bedding were alright, but...

"The staff were wonderful 2 young ladies one of them named Lauren and I 4get her co-workers name but both were courtesy and smiling and yet very professional! I will be back ladies...great job"

"Rooms were clean, had to ask for a couple little things. Did not like the barking dogs."

"The carpeting was sticky we did not take our shoes off until we stepped into the tub/Shower. The shower head leaked between the head and the pipe it comes out of so all of the water ran down the wall and not on your body. We notified the front desk and they said they would have maintenance look at it. When we got back in the evening I checked with the front desk and they said it was fixed. It was NOT fixed so we didn't shower in the morning. Also the TV did not work."
