"This was a great 2 night stay in the downtown area for a Cardinals game and sightseeing. The hotel is walking distance from the stadium and the Gateway Arch and all that is around it, including the beautiful and historic St. Louis Cathedral. I was most impressed by the size of the room (2 Queen beds) which had a large living area and almost felt like a small apartment! We were on the 24th floor (out of 25), and it was quiet and the elevators worked great and not too busy. The room was very...

"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I knew it was old but it looks like the new company is getting it spruced up. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, and enough towels. The front desk attendant was very knowledgeable. There is a shuttle if you are going to the amphitheater for a show. Then there was a small fire that was contained in the kitchen but the fire alarm went if at about 4:30am and we needed to evacuate….thought we would’ve heard from management about the situation but we did not. Front desk was especially helpful in helping to locate lost phone. Room clean with very comfortable bed and linens. Enjoyed included breakfast and dinner. Good quality, fresh food and drinks. "

From my first interaction via phone with Katie at the Front Desk to every member of the service teams (cleaning, breakfast, etc) they were friendly, helpful and wonderful to deal with. I arrived late and my boyfriend even later and the night staff member was helpful and assisted us in getting checked in.
