"Well placed. Literally 200m from the airport. Nice, quiet room with a super modern bathroom. Restaurant and lounge area are nice, but rhe restaurant menu is a bit limited. The burger was not that good, but the ribs were. "

"Nice big room, didn’t really interact with staff or anything other than the room as we were on weekend to the Birmingham games expo. Only 30 min drive to the NEC which was perfect. Bath and shower in room which was lovely after a long day. Easy check in and out. Car park free but must out you’re number plate in at reception. Nice little cafe bar 5min walk away "

"The outside looked scruffy and tired abd the lobby area rather dark and dated. Once in the corridor leading to our room on the third floor it was tidy bright and newly decorated. The twin bed room was large clean and comfortable. A good night's sleep. "

"From when we arrived there were friendly staff on hand to help us checking in and getting to our rooms. However, in getting to our rooms we noticed that some of the light switches did nothing. There didn't appear to be a ceiling light for over the bed area, only for the corridor and bathroom. And in the bathroom there was no extractor fan which made showers less comfortable. The next few mornings we enjoyed getting up and getting breakfast where the bar and staff were very happy to help and it...

"Used this hotel when visiting the NEC. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was really nice and the lunch menu was enjoyable. Room was nice (bathroom layout was a little weird - my wife locked herself in). The only complaint was the beds had new mattresses and were rock hard and slightly uncomfortable. But aside from that, enjoyed our stay."

"Quick overnight stop on way to Woburn. Not greatest of looking buildings, but once inside you don't see that. And what looked like a nice garden at the rear. Friendly and efficient check in. Separate bathroom and toilet unusual for these days but worked quite well. Reasonably convenient to M6."
