"The hotel looked tired and old. Needs an update . Buffet Breakfast was fine .. but limited . Lobby carpets looked dirty Or plenty wear and tear ... Good location.. but definitely requires work ...."

"Good location and good price. Room had strange smell and hair dryer not working. Mixed fruit not fresh at all and caused minor stomach issue."

"The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The room was clean, as well as the hallways and lobby were clean. The room had a nice clean, large king size bed with alot of pillows. The restaurant were the continental breakfast was clean and the food was good. Check in and check out were easy, the parking was ample and lit up at night. Close to a Walmart and the Bass Pro shop in the Vaughan Mills mall. I will definitely use the hotel again."

"This was a clean, comfortable, and inexpensive hotel room in a convenient location and we appreciated the hotel pool. The room was very spacious and quiet. The room was missing a few minor things - there were no hooks for hanging towels, and no "do not disturb" sign for our door. We also found the hot water to be unreliable and usually not hot enough, though sometimes too hot - hard to get it just right."

"We enjoyed our stay. Clean, Quiet, friendly staff. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good but the service was even better. Shout out to our server, Colette :)"

"It was 50/50 not bad not too good"

If you have mobility issues, you may not be able to come through this way. It is not wheel chair accessible from the...

She was rude, unwelcoming, and showed very little courtesy or hospitality. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that I noticed a difference in how she interacted with other guests compared to how she treated guests with brown skin. I cannot say for certain whether this was intentional discrimination,...
