My room was overlooking the busy road by the main entrance and it was quite noisy with traffic, even during the night next time I would request a room at the back. "

"A hotel with nice clean rooms close to Temple Meads station. The rooms were a little small, but overall pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful toward any questions. Entrance was a little difficult due to the construction in the area. "

"Lovely hotel in an beautiful location on the prom. Walking distance to shops/restaurants/beach etc. Large car park with ample parking spaces. Only issue we came across was the TVs in our room had okay signal, but were a bit temperamental to start up and lacked a lot of channels. Other issue on the day was the lift was sadly not working, and we were on the 4th floor, so lots of walking! 😂"

"An extensive property with charm. Staff all helpful & attentive. We were offered help with our cases, which we gratefully accepted as our room was at a distance from the entrance & up a few flights of stairs - no lift! Food was tasty with a good range of choices."

Breakfast was really enjoyable and for 9.50 included cooked breakfast and continental. The continental was self serve and the cooked was brought out to you with choice of eggs "

"The majority of the staff were very helpful, just one gentleman wasnt sure about a lot of things not sure if he was new but everyone else was fantastic, was slightly disappointed we couldnt get food at 12pm before we checked in when the menus on the table said 24 hours a day but when we got back in the evening they were very helpful and we had a lovely pizza, a lovely hotel very clean would stay again as the good outweighed the bad."
