"We were put on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall. The lifts weren’t working and even though they offered to help with the bags, it was quite a challenge to go up each time we left. In addition, it was quite warm on the 3rd level, even with the windows open and fan on. We also had to park at the castle parking any walk with our luggage to the hotel. It wasn’t far, a 5 min walk, but still not the most convenient. Other than the parking, stairs and temperature, it was a very convenient...

"Hotel is very conveniently located. In the middle of most of the attractions. Room was spacious as we had the biggest room on the floor. Furniture is a bit out dated and got quite noisy in the middle of the night."
