"Very convenient location. Decent room for city centre, and therefore expensive for the space you get. Staff very helpful. The room was very warm and I couldn't get the old-looking remote control for the aircon unit to work. A staff member did, so we were comfortable, but the staff seemed aware there was a problem with it in that room - not great at £165 for the night!"

"My son and I stayed here for 5 nights on our recent trip to Edinburgh. When we checked in they had upgraded us to a 1 bedroom apartment. It did not disappoint. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for self sufficiency on days we wanted to eat in. Staff at the desk were /4 hrs and were very friendly and professional. They provided us with what we needed when asked. I really loved staying here the moment we left the building everything on the Royal Mole was at our fingertips....
