"We booked a double room with 2 single beds . There were no bed side tables . No hair dryer ( you have to go to a special room on 3 rd floor with 4 hairdryers , only 2 worked . There was hair everywhere on the floor) In our room , one hair band in the floor . Could have been cleaner . Also be ready for no window ( blind room and rely on Ac ). A few years ago I booked a family room which was much better . This time round was not as great . Our room felt like a prison ."

"Really nice hotel and would love to make it a regular stay"

"Excelente ubicación a 5 min a pie del British Musseum, 2 min del Metro y el trato muy amable."

"Ideal"

"Well designed. Looks nicer on the inside than the exterior"

"Would have been helpful to have a hand towel for washing hands at the sink. No garbage can, no counter space to put toiletries, the shower water runs out of the shower into main area and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Beds and pillows were comfortable."

"Quite and clean, nice comfortable bed. Good well lit car motorcycle parking."
