"The people that were working during my stay were very unprofessional. I called ahead for an 1 hr to say I would be running late no one answered after I call like 3 times I had to go 30 minutes to the hotel just to check myself in and complain that no one answered that I had to come all the way there which was ridiculous then returned to the event that I came in town for which was nearly over by the time I drove the 30 mins back to the event was nearly over. Then when I finally arrived back...
