"Pros: the hotel is centrally located to the main plaza and is close to many adorable restaurants. Cons: the staff was incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. "Air conditioner wasn't working. The remote for the AC was missing in the room. Shower was super tiny. Water was leaking out of the sides from the shower."
