"冷蔵庫がない。コップもない。清潔感がもう少し欲しい"

"A basic hotel. The neighborhood has nothing to offer and it doesn’t feel safe. The only plus is the parking"

"Hotel is very nice and clean. Location is very central to train station."

"Zimmer war etwas klein und ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen; schöner Barbereich"

"Walking distance from train station"

"Upon arrival room was very clean spacious , had ac to use , bathroom spacious too they do cleaning every day , breakfast were good the server over there made good expresos and cappuccinos and if something was finished asked him and brought it right away, the reception staff always welcoming and nice helpful, hotel very convenient in historic center in Naples walkable distance to most landmarks , via Toledo like 3-5 min walk where I could buy some souvenirs , lots of shops and even party at night...

"Very good in general"

"Wonderful! Located less than one block from Herculaneum. The property is clean and well-maintained and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I will come back again on my next trip."

"We stayed six days in a triple room at the hotel. Our room was spacious ,clean and updated. The area is a little seedy but safe to walk at night. It’s only two blocks from the train station and convenient to use as a hub for Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, Salerno, etc. There is a grocery store a block away and many good restaurants within a block or two. The staff are great and very helpful, especially Raymond at the front desk. AC worked well but the room is short on amenities. No kettle or coffee...

"The staff was very friendly. You see their office every time you enter or exit the hotel, and they were always nice and waved. We used the complimentary coffee machine one time, and the cappuccino it made was okay, but convenient. The room itself was large and modern. It was very clean."
