"Dining room ok .our bedroom terrible filthy carpet.loose wallpaper ceiling was patched Complained to reception got another room which was better but would be no good for a weeks stay. No drawers, big bench like thing to close to bed,
curtains had obviously been taken from a downstairs room as they were hanging with at least 1metre on the floor. very dissatisfied and would not go there again overpriced"

The lift was out of order which was a bit of a nuisance and the fan in the bathroom was rather noisy which made having a relaxing bath out of the question
I would recommend the hotel as it’s perfectly situated for Snowdon"
"I chose this hotel as it had a lift and car parking facilities. Unfortunately although I was on the first floor my room was on the opposite side of the landing which meant out of the lift I had to go down 6 steps then up 6 steps which was very difficult especially carrying suitcases, hence although difficult for me it was actually easier just to walk up and down the stairs .
There was no chance in getting in the car park.
Again if I had known the hotel was in the middle of refurbishment I would...
"Reception staff great. Breakfast Ok. Our hot meal was brought to the table 5 minutes after we sat down for cereal. Order not as requested which meant wasted food.Staff?"
"Room was nice but furniture hung over from it being a premier inn , but the down stairs restaurant and bar were homely and lovely food helped with the great weather 😁"
"Lovely clean hotel with excellent views. Staff were very welcoming and allowed us to have our room earlier which we were very grateful for after the journey to get there. What was also very umpressive was the amount of free coffee and tea available in the room."
"The hotel itself is over 100 years old I think, so has a quaint atmosphere. Staff were really helpful and location was perfect. Sea view was mesmerising."
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was our first time in Wales and the location was excellent.
The room was modern, if a little small and without AC during the heatwave, which meant that even with the windows open, the room was very warm.
The food was good both at breakfast and on the one evening we had a meal.
The hotel have a strange rewards system where you can forego your room cleaning for a free drink, but the system is cumbersome and seems more hassle than it is worth."
"No AirCon but a fan was provided. Very basic hotel nothing fancy ok for a night.
Bathroom and sheets clean and a kettle and coffee and tea provided and a small tv in the room.
A bit pricey for what it’s worth. Check out is too early at 10am and breakfast ends at 9am.
Very noisy in the morning we had to shut the window."
"The gentleman host was gracious and polite.
Breakfast was continental which was fine for us. Two problems which they tried to solve were the hard bed and no hot water in the taps.
Very much needs some updating.
You get what you pay for and this was a budget few days."
