This was my third year in a row staying at the Ixhora Hotel, and it remains absolutely unbeatable. I visit every single year, and somehow, the experience manages to get even better with each stay. The service, the atmosphere, and the overall comfort are consistently top-tier. If you are planning a trip to Snowdonia, look no further—I wouldn't dream of choosing any other place to stay!

Not what I expected. This hotel is part of an extreme adventure experience place set in lovely surroundings. The rooms are very modern, beds comfortable but showers need deep cleaning as mould visible around edges. Shower doors opens into the room so water goes everywhere.

Room was beautiful and spa was amazing and relaxing. Welcoming staff when we checked in but our only issue was that the room was absolutely freezing. We tried to get the heating to work but didn’t and when we told the hotel staff they sent maintenance but did not actually fix it. This obviously put a dampener on the experience but other than that I would stay again as long as they fix their air con/heating

Pros: good size rooms and restaurant Easy on site parking Helpful staff Comfortable beds Cons: Don’t think hotel guests should have to pay to use the spa facilities £30pp for 2 hours to sit in a hot tub. Open bathrooms - leave's little to no privacy which doesn’t suit all. Just box off bathroom area.

The overall experience of the hotel was excellent. All areas were very clean, it appeared recently refurbished throughout and all the staff were more than friendly and helpful. The food was also of a very high standard, good quality ingredients (apart from the bread at breakfast which could be improved) We normally eat dinner out but really enjoyed three evening meals in the hotel.

Hotel was exellent very clean room and lovely power shower fresh towels daily. Hotel reminds ne of scandanavian type in decore. Food was exellent. But starter menue a bit short and bland. Staff were amazing nothing too much trouble very proffessonal and friendly. Spar was amazing 2 thermal pools . Had treatments that were exellent.

The hotel was fantastic. A great location with plenty of parking. The room was big and clean and had everything required for a short stay. The staff were friendly and breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold food. The spa was amazing and help you relax after a long day exploring North Wales.
