Can't fault the place really. The room was nice and spacious, comfortable bed with huge smart TV. Lovely views from outside. Breakfast was nice with lots of choice from full English, bakery, fruit and juices etc. Only bug bare was room service stops orders at 8pm. Not ideal if you fancy a little snack or dessert after dinner. Shop was limited. Spa was very relaxing. Great location. Overall I would recommend and stay again.

This was my third year in a row staying at the Ixhora Hotel, and it remains absolutely unbeatable. I visit every single year, and somehow, the experience manages to get even better with each stay. The service, the atmosphere, and the overall comfort are consistently top-tier. If you are planning a trip to Snowdonia, look no further—I wouldn't dream of choosing any other place to stay!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was very good. I was totally unimpressed with the room. Very much like a hostel with regard to the washing/toilet facilities and also no shaving mirror. Highky unlikely I would stay there again with regard to the latter comments.

The location of this hotel is beautiful, and all the staff we encountered were pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant staff were particularly lovely, although the service felt a little chaotic at times, especially at breakfast. I’m not sure whether they were short-staffed, but the food itself was good. The spa was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay, particularly the outdoor pools with their gorgeous views. Our room was modern and nicely presented, but it lacked some finishing touches, particularly when it came to cleanliness. There were crumbs on the floor and hairs on the bed from previous occupants, which was disappointing. We also stayed for two nights and our water bottles were never replenished, which felt like a small but noticeable oversight. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful setting, welcoming staff and a fantastic spa, but a little more attention to housekeeping and the finer details would make the experience much better.

Not what I expected. This hotel is part of an extreme adventure experience place set in lovely surroundings. The rooms are very modern, beds comfortable but showers need deep cleaning as mould visible around edges. Shower doors opens into the room so water goes everywhere.

Room was beautiful and spa was amazing and relaxing. Welcoming staff when we checked in but our only issue was that the room was absolutely freezing. We tried to get the heating to work but didn’t and when we told the hotel staff they sent maintenance but did not actually fix it. This obviously put a dampener on the experience but other than that I would stay again as long as they fix their air con/heating
