"Hotel was very nice and the staff were really nice too. The lock on our door worked but was stiff. I personally found the bed in room 108 uncomfortable and the room was cold, despite turning the heating up. Other than this it was good. "

"A very clean and lovely place. Staff very welcoming and well presented. Rooms are large and comfortable bed. Only negative feedback I can give is no lamp/light for when you don’t want the main lights on. I enjoyed my break and will return when I’m in the area again. "

"The staff here were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The actual hotel was at a service station so could be quite noisy at times, but it definitely served its purpose for us personally. The actual things in the hotel were quite dated and old fashioned, the double bed was comfortable, however the double sofa bed was terrible and uncomfortably thin. "Noise from within the hotel during the night. Thin walls? When the fire alarm sounded in the night, guests gathered at the front of the hotel. It was quite some time before any staff appeared to offer guidance and explanations. The 'Deluxe Queen Room' on arrival was nothing like the picture when booked. The lack of a shower was strange: the bath mixer taps were extremely temperamental."

"Sorry, unable to review properly - I arrived at 7pm, jet lagged from an overnight flight from Canada. I had a nice meal with my brother and his wife and went to bed. I woke up at ten to eleven (check out is at eleven), threw on some clothes and left. Unable to comment on the hotel."
