"Great rooms with absolutely amazing views! Very spacious and tidy, very big TV. Short walk into town which was a massive bonus if you don't have a car. Only thing to mention is you can hear everything outside your room and street traffic. Other than that, top notch stay."
"Great location. 10 minutes walk away from the city centre and away from the noise. Clean room and the dry sauna was a bonus. Will definitely come back again."
"Great location - right in middle of town , upstairs mezz was a bit noisy as timber floor so kids moving around was a little noisy , but great size and location perfect"
"Very good location for convent walk to to the shops, restaurants and waterfront.
Our room was of a nice size and the facilities were excellent. Checking in online was detailed and easy to follow."
"Had a great stay. We stayed in the superior mountain view room and it was well kept and warm, the view of the remarkables from our room was amazing. The staff was lovely. The shared kitchen and bbq area was great. Would recommend staying here"
"We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was exactly what we asked for. The place itself was warm and all the amenities were provided which was helpful.
We found the staff very nice and accomodating and the free shuttle to town was a nice touch.
Only comment on our cabin was that one of the wall heaters in the room wasn’t working"
"it's a great location with exceptional facilities.... hostels are crap shoots... your experience will depend on who ends up in your room & good luck with that!"
"Situated in the best location, beautiful views to the lake across the road and a quick walk into town.
Our 2-level apartment was spacious and had everything you need for either a short stay or longer.
If we return to Queenstown, we would definitely re-book here."
