"Great stay, mainly thanks to the great location that made getting from the airport and exploring the city super easy. The room was also a great size. The only downside was the housekeeping. It felt more like a quick tidy-up rather than a proper clean."
"Location is perfect for walking from train station & to the cruise terminal. Check in staff … so-so. Room is clean .. small but adequate. Hallways are testy … need rugs cleaned or changed preferably. Buffet ok but area tired … staff work hard & constant. BUT…. Note nowhere on the site do I see that rooms are attended to EVERY 4 DAYS. When asked at desk on day 3 for new towels & garbage emptied…. Was told “we are a budget hotel & only every 4 days”!! Ok .. can take towels from cart or front...
"Positives - A nice spacious room with a good view. Clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and stored our luggage in the last day. Close to a convenient tram stop with trams every ten minutes at least. It’s just a short ride into the centre of the town from here.
Negatives - TV didn’t have Netflix and there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. These were sorely missed. Breakfast was okay, but not very varied or exciting - it would have been nice to have some local delicacies to try."
