"Location is great! Easy access to Times Square, Central Park and the subway system. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and for the most part we had to live out of our suitcases. They advertised daily complimentary glasses of wine, but it wasn't available on Sunday or Memorial Day. Fitness Center is a bit difficult to access since it requires use of the elevator that requires assistance to use."
