"List of complaints (and I NEVER complain): Vending machine malfunction Major dust accumulation on fake plant Mold behind bathroom door Hole in soap holder in shower Shower curtain slides to middle of shower Leak in shower (minor complaint) Noisy microwave Ice machine not working Filthy carpets No hand towels whatsoever in hotel Moldy and leaky windows One thing we LOVED were the mattresses"

"Staff is super nice and helpful"

"Convenient location for our needs"

"Room was clean, bathrooms recently remodeled. Just some technical issues with keys, maybe they need an updated system. It was a pain to have someone let you in elevator and in your room, when it was happening to 75% of the occupants."

"The room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle throughout the night was a valuable service, and the driver was particularly considerate and pleasant. The desk staff were also helpful. I didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The only negative was I needed a wakeup call at 3:00 am on the night the time changed. Because the clock was not reset, I was awakened at 2:00 am and couldn't fall back to sleep so I lost an hour of sleep on what was a very short night."

"Good quiet budget hotel. Solid continental breakfast. Would come again if returning to the NY capital region."
