The room was clean and updated. But that was the only good part of this place. Walls are paper thin. You hear everything next door and upstairs. The main areas must me 40 years old. Are dingy and stink. The couple staff I spoke to were kind.

Everything was clean, the staff was kind attentive and respectful. Very helpful the only downside was the air conditioning wasn't working but they did have a large box fan to have the air circulating.

Don't stay on the 1st floor if you can help it. I stayed in a room that had a double room above me. Mind you. the people were terribly inconsiderate but it was noisy wel beyond midnight. This being said for the price and convenience to U Albany it was fine. Staff was very helpful and it was clean but you can tell the hallways and exterior needs updating.

Staff was exceptional upon arrival. They were upfront about the lack of working AC and provided accommodations (a powerful fan). I just wish we were notified before hand. Other than that, service was great, property clean with easy Parking and a limited breakfast was available but good nonetheless. I would stay here again.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I stay here every other weekend for the UAlbany football games. It's a great location to get to the game. This weekend I had dirty towels and the floor (wood) was filthy. Their air conditioning has been out for over a month (probably more) with no date for it to get fixed. The halls reek of pot and other unpleasant smells. Some of the ice machines don't work. It seems they are doing the bare minimum to make this place acceptable. The price and the location is right, but that's it. Step up your game please

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. Parking was easy and free. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was a faint musty odor from the air conditioning unit, but that is common in hotels in the summer.

The days in was just fine the. operator is very helpful and the room was spacious and clean. Only complaint was the parking lot was unlit at night, but it seemed a safe enough area so wasn’t terribly concerned
