"They gave me a room that they said that I can keep the same room but did not do it . They made me change rooms . Angie was the one that told me that I could stay but no I had to change ."

"This was the best stay I have had. The staff is so friendly. Front desk clerks are so professional & kind. They know how to treat a guest. I felt safe & at ease. This property is phenomenal. Will most definitely stay again ."

"Nice location near Benchmark arena. The room had ants in the bathroom. Overall a decent place to stay"

"My room Stunk Like Mold and mildew.. I had to purchase outside air fresheners to complete my stay in the room. Your breakfast service is horrible. It’s bland and tasteless. You blocked off the entire area and created a fire hazard in the front lobby with 60 mattresses. I would not stay here again."

"We caught bed bugs"

"Very clean"

"Very clean. There is a restaurant and club attached to the hotel. The pool area has a bar as well. Very well maintained and beautiful."
