"Loud!!! Loud!!! Loud!!! Motorcycles racing by. Trish at front desk said she gave me the quietest room and it was the LOUDEST room next to the wheelchair elevator!! It was pretty loud the whole time. Also, needed a late checkout and the manager would only give me 30 minutes extra and the hotel wasn’t even full. Also, the bed was SUPER HARD!! My back has been hurting the whole trip. "

"The table in the room was falling apart. When I showered in the morning and there was no hot water. When I told the employee at the desk she said "oh yeah that is an issue" said she would tell the manager, but he wasn't coming in until after 9:30. This will keep me from ever staying at a Quality Inn anyplace."
