"Terrific location. Steps away from Time Square. Easy access to Broadway, walkable to Central Park and other attractions. Deli next door has great food, and Conolly’s is a great little pub. Hotel is older with alot of charm. Rooms are small. Beds ok. It was pretty warm in our room but we made due. Would stay here again in a heartbeat for location alone!"

"I was clean, not very easy for persons with canes or walkers. The elevators were to far and I didn't understand the go up to go down to go back up in the airport. But I did make it through it"

"I didn't get any sleep the furst night. No accommodation for the 3 noise complaints i reported. That was on going over 6 hrs. The hotel was very clean, the room was very nice, comfortable bed & amazing shower. "

"Fabulous location right in the heart of Times Square. Central location to all the major attractions and Subway. Rooms were very small and breakfast was adequate. Housekeeping was every other day but on demand as well."

"Solid hotel for the price and location in Brooklyn. Hotels in Brooklyn can easily cost $500-$1,000 per night, especially when special events are in town. We got this for $200 the night before the Brooklyn marathon and were very happy with what we got for the money. The room was clean and fine, the bathroom and shower were clean and fine, and the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. "Good value for the price, great location. Staff was wonderful. Downsides: one elevator remains broken, which delayed going up and down from the room, which can be annoying if you have a pet to walk. Room was not super clean (coffee stains on desk from prior occupant). No dairy-free milk at breakfast (almond, soy, oat). "

"I like this hotel, the staff was nice and was very helpful because our flight got canceled and delayed but they kept our reservation until we got there and help with the shuttle and it was reasonable in the price. "
