"I was not able to get a code into the hostel with any of the confirmation numbers I had. I tried multiple times with different browsers both on and off WiFi. I tried to email and call several times with no response. Reached out to Expedia who also has no luck getting ahold of them (I will be refunded, thankfully). Had to book another hotel due to lack of customer service help. Would not recommend staying here. "

The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from...
