"Highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly, the room is tidy and the breakfast was well worth the money. The only downsides would be that the air conditioning wasn’t very efficient; even on the coldest setting we were overheating at night. The other downside is that the toilet rolls were a little thin and found there was not enough supplied for 3 days."

"Room did not feel clean. I found blood on a towel and staff did not seem concerned or apologetic about this. Room layout was very strange, and the bed was super uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in nicer hospital rooms. Would not stay here ever again and wouldn’t recommend. "

"Our room was a twin Executive which was warm and inviting. Linen and toiletries were of a high standard. The executive dining floor was excellent. A plentiful buffet at breakfast and a much appreciated ‘happy hour’ in the evenings with nibbles and alcoholic drinks. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. A good location next to the CAT train direct from the airport. All in all a very good choice of hotel for us on our first visit to Vienna. Thank you."

"Very convenient to Messe Prater U-Bahn station -- literally next to the entrance. Also convenient to walk to Prater amusement park, which is a wild experience worth doing. The hotel itself is similar to a Holiday Inn Express in the US. Fine, but not exciting. This was a good option for our one-night stay before heading out to the airport the next morning. Easy to walk nextdoor to the U-Bahn, then get the S7 from Praterstern to the airport. I don't think I would choose this hotel for an extended stay with so many more interesting options available further west in District 2."

"I asked for walk in shower and they gave me only a bath. I messaged them multiple times to book me airport transfer. They took 4 days to reply and then it was too late. Flies in my bathroom. Breakfast staff abrupt and rude. Won’t stay here again"
