"Room did not feel clean. I found blood on a towel and staff did not seem concerned or apologetic about this. Room layout was very strange, and the bed was super uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in nicer hospital rooms. Would not stay here ever again and wouldn’t recommend. "

"Very convenient to Messe Prater U-Bahn station -- literally next to the entrance. Also convenient to walk to Prater amusement park, which is a wild experience worth doing. The hotel itself is similar to a Holiday Inn Express in the US. Fine, but not exciting. This was a good option for our one-night stay before heading out to the airport the next morning. Easy to walk nextdoor to the U-Bahn, then get the S7 from Praterstern to the airport. I don't think I would choose this hotel for an extended stay with so many more interesting options available further west in District 2."

"I asked for walk in shower and they gave me only a bath. I messaged them multiple times to book me airport transfer. They took 4 days to reply and then it was too late. Flies in my bathroom. Breakfast staff abrupt and rude. Won’t stay here again"
