"Shower was just a dribble, blankets were dirty with a few stains and pillow was stained yellow. Staff at front desk was accommodating and friendly"

"Very basic room but adequate for our needs- a place to sleep and proximity to King’s Cross made getting around easy"

"It was literally just a room with a shower and the toilet. Zero amenities. The Wi-Fi was terrible. There was no air-conditioning I am we never had any indication that the bed or curtains had been cleaned in the past decade"

"The room was clean and functional for 3 people with the toilet separate from the shower & 3 single beds. Location handy - very close to St. Pancras & King’s Cross stations. It was cramped, small - not sure if all the rooms are that layout. And we looked out onto a brick wall. Really not anywhere you would want to stay longer than 1 or 2 nights. And of course expensive - but I’m sure par for the course for London! Overall totally fine."

"Very good hostel, well equipped, friendly and helpful staff! 5star! Highly recommended"

"Great hotel in a prime location. Friendly, welcoming staff, a well-arranged breakfast, and a very comfortable, high-quality mattress. Pleasantly quiet at night for a solid sleep. Highly recommended!"

"Very helpful staff. Good location for the Olympia. Great price. Italian cafe opposite for breakfast."

"I will definitely book with them again! Loved my experience."
