"The room seemed alright until we pulled down the sheets and one bed had noticeably stains in red, blue, and yellow colors. The bathroom had one face towel only for two people. The Jacuzzi was very slimy and looked like no cleaning solutions were used before we arrived. People above us kept banging furniture making loud noises. The truck stop near the hotel made no sounds compared to what other guest staying in hotel made"

"The beds were soft, but we found 2 roaches in our room, and the elevators were old and seemed to be in need of repair. One of the floors of the elevators was weak. And you have to pay to park which was not announced until check-in."

"Location - complained several times about children running up and down hallways floor above us"

"Todo bien el personal de recepción poco amable"

"Había un olor extraño en la habitación"

"Room was clean and staff was very nice."

"staff was helpful at check in, and with help getting tub unclogged. Bathroom and general room cleanliness could have been better. Location was conveniently within walking distance to The Alamo and river walk."
