"Tub fawcett kept dripping steady stream of hot water. Desk clerk who checked me in at 5am was too good to be true. So polite & professional and all I wanted to do was take a nap before the stones at jz fest. He deserves a raise!!"

"Pretty close to bourbon st. The elevator just stopped working for a while because we were waiting on it for about 30-40 mins. I didn’t like the parking situation but I believe it’s only temporary. "

"If youre visiting mostly the French Quarter of New Orleans this place is a great location. Away from all the noise, but close enough to walk. It is downtown so there are lots of street people;but they didnt bother us and we ealked everywhere. The staff where vety kind and helpful. Most tours pick-up right out the front door. Great breakfast. Id definition stay there again!!"

"Everything was wonderful. Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived but we were given another room on the spot as to not be delayed with our check-in. The young lady at the desk when we checked-in was very pleasant. We stayed for 3 nights and all staff from front desk to housekeeping and those who helped with breakfast in the mornings were all polite. Definitely would stay again "
