"The property was great but what really set it aside was the staff. Although I wasnt participating in any of the events that were happening during my stay, there were several and even if the staff was up to their elbows in guests seeking check in, check out, inquiries about property/area or anything else; whether it was front desk, management, security, valet.... Every single person I interacted with was polite, informative, professional and engaging. I've stayed in A LOT of different places, all over the world... I have to say that every single member of the team at the InterContinental was top shelf and deserves recognition for their level of streamlined effectiveness, efficiency, and overall fastidious work ethic that really stood out."
