"Honestly the worst place I've ever stayed! Do not stay here, the rooms are dirty and the noise is ridiculous. You will not sleep! Take this as a warning to go elsewhere!"

"Great location for a place to stay in Shrewsbury. Abbey Foregte is close enough to the town centre for walking in, but quiet enough for staying. Parking was plentiful at the weekend. Room had everything you needed - plenty of tea & coffee, as well as corkscrew and wine glasses 😉. Would recommend staying here."

Due to the hot weather and many wildfires in Wales, there was a BBQ and fire ban, so we had to alter what we had planned to cook, with only 2 hob rings, a microwave and a small fridge, but with a bit of organisation and regular...

"What a delightful quiet stone cottage to spend a few days at. Lovely location with great views down to the Chirk viaduct. Tastefully decorating "
