"The room was passably clean, but shoddy, the curtains were missing a few holders, the TV remote was missing, and the staff brought me another remote, but he was scavenging other rooms for it, and it took a couple of visits to get it up and running. I heard that other rooms had problems with their TVs and remotes. It's an older property with two floors and indoor stairs, which i had to bring my large suitcase up. "Light in the bathroom was pouring water when the room above me showered. The room reeked of old stale smoke. When I told the staff about my room, all she said was OK I’ll let my boss know. I 10 out of 10 would not recommend this hotel."

"The property was nice and clean. It is conveniently located and reasonably priced. Perfect for a single traveler. I should have gone to breakfast earlier. Would certainly stay again."

"Great place"

"The place is well maintained, the room was clean. There is always coffee and hot water for tea available. The breakfast was good. The staff is so nice and helpful."

"I stay in Cedar Rapids often and this was my favorite place so far."

"Awesome!"
