Staff I encountered were nice and the property is clean other than the shower in my room didn't look like it had been cleaned the greatest. there was soap build up on the shower caddy in the shower. Property is old, but they are redoing and rooms are very nice. Workout room has everything you need and pool area is very large!

The room was nice however the floors were dirty still with debris. The bedding/towels appeared to be clean. The pool had hair everywhere in it and the water was murky. The hotel is under remodel and will look nice when finished but there were many fine details like cleanliness that need work.

Other than the one elevator needing maintenance and the pounding starting extremely early in the morning and continuing all day, the stay was great. Everything was clean, everything was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, the service was friendly, loved the stay.

I am a disabled traveler who uses a wheelchair. The room I stayed in was freshly remodeled and yet the bed was the old fashioned “high bed”! I was very disappointed. I could barely get up to it to sleep! The door had no lowered peep hole and the closet had no lowered closet rod, only 2 shelves. The roll in shower was nice, but had no curtain to protect your parked wheelchair from getting wet. All this is unacceptable! The only saving grace was that the pool had a chair lift! It was broken at first, but I had the front desk staff put in a work order and engineering had it fixed by the next day. I actually got to go swimming! All in all the staff was excellent, the room was poor, and the pool was good.
